Terms and Conditions for Volleyball For All

No Refund Policy:

By registering for Volleyball For All, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment: All fees and charges associated with Volleyball For All are non-refundable. Once your payment is processed, no refunds will be provided for any reason, including, but not limited to, participant withdrawal, schedule conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances.

Injury Waiver and Release of Liability:

2. Assumption of Risk: Volleyball is a physically demanding sport that involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By participating in Volleyball For All, you voluntarily assume all such risks and agree that you are physically capable of participating safely.

3. Release of Liability: In consideration of being allowed to participate in Volleyball For All, you hereby release and discharge Volleyball For All, its coaches, instructors, staff, and any associated facilities from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising out of your participation, including but not limited to, personal injury, property damage, or any other harm.

4. Medical Treatment Authorization: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, you authorize Volleyball For All to seek and administer necessary medical treatment. You agree to bear all costs associated with such treatment.

5. Responsibility for Personal Property: Volleyball For All is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during Volleyball For All. Participants are encouraged to secure their belongings.

General Terms:

6. Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to the code of conduct and sportsmanship standards set by Volleyball For All. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the clinic without a refund.

7. Changes to Schedule or Cancellation: Volleyball For All reserves the right to modify the schedule, cancel, or reschedule Volleyball For All for any reason. In the event of a cancellation, participants will receive a credit toward a future clinic or program.

8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kentucky.

By completing your registration and payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions in their entirety. You understand and accept the no-refund policy and the injury waiver and release of liability.
